Easy Returns & Exchanges

If something isn't right, or you have received the wrong item you ordered, we are happy to accept a return subject to the Return and Exchange Policy below.


  • Items can only be exchanged in-store. Items cannot be exchanged via post.
  • Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store and not via post.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind returns.
  • Items must not be damaged
  • If the item was sold new, it must not have been used.


Change of Mind

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

  1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase, subject to all other terms and conditions in this policy.
  2. Item(s) must be unused, undamaged and with all original tags/labels, boxes, golf club headcovers attached.
  3. The following items are considered Final Sale and will not be returned or exchanged: clearance/sale items, demo/secondhand equipment.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-3 above. In-store refunds for Paypal purchases will be paid in cash. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.


If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time, condition and with proof of purchase.


Items purchased online can be returned by post or to our store at 1 Golfers Drive, Malvern East, for a refund. We can also exchange items in store, but cannot do exchanges via post.

Items purchased in store can be returned to a store in the USA that stocks the same brand for a refund or exchange. Please note that items purchased in store can’t be returned by post.

  1. Drop in to a store. Bring your item(s) you wish to refund/exchange into our store.
  2. Provide proof of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase. Credit card statements or register receipt.
  3. Processing. Once the return and exchange policy has been met, we'll offer you a refund or an exchange in store, on the spot.
